ACA have undertaken design reviews for a number of the popular Jumping Frog Rides.
A typical example would be described as a 12 arm rotating and luffing ride, comprising maximum 3 passengers per seat, 36 in total.
The areas of analysis performed on this ride would include measurement of accelerations over various ride phases, mechanical and structural stresses in radial arms and central carousel, fatigue life assessment of all critical welds, recommendations for operation and non-destructive inspection of all components of ride.
